Central Coast Amateur Radio Club News – July 21, 2024
The club rooms at Kariong are open on Saturdays from 10:30am. As always, members and visitors are most welcome.
Next Saturday, July 27, there will be a Foundation Training session held between 9:30am and 11:30am at the Kariong Clubrooms, followed by the monthly Show and Tell. Visitors to the club rooms are asked to be mindful of those studying.
Notices for the August General Meeting and this years Annual General meeting have been sent to members.
At the VK2RAG Somersby repeater site the 6m, D-Star, Rad-Net DMR, 2m Echolink, 70 and 23cm services are fully operational, as are the 2m and 70cm DMR and P25.
The Weekly net is run on Thursday night at 8:00pm on the VK2RAG repeater – 146.725MHz with a 91.5Hz sub-audible tone, and on the CCLMAQ and HAM Echolink conferences. It is also live video-streamed on the club’s facebook page.
