The club rooms at Kariong are open on Saturdays from 10:30am. As always, members and visitors are most welcome.
Next Saturday, August 31, will be the monthly show and tell. Have something you wish to talk about? Bring it, or pictures of it, in and tell us about it.
On Saturday October 26, the club will be holding an open day at the Kariong club rooms with some items for sale. More information as we get closer.
At the VK2RAG Somersby repeater site the 147.125 MHz WICEN analogue, DMR and P25 repeater is off-air until September 5 as the portable repeater that shares this frequency is being used for Shazada. The 6m, Rad-Net DMR, 2m Echolink, 70 and 23cm services are fully operational, as is the 70cm analogue, DMR and P25.
The Weekly net is run on Thursday night at 8:00pm on the VK2RAG repeater – 146.725MHz with a 91.5Hz sub-audible tone, and on the CCLMAQ and HAM Echolink conferences. It is also live video-streamed on the club’s facebook page.
