All hands on deck for Field Day preparations Feb. 4th.

This action starts at 11am NOT 1pm as shown below please come as early as you can.

All members that can attend are asked to attend the club rooms this coming Saturday to assist with Field day planning and preparations from 1pm.
We will be printing, cutting and booking the various different tickets for the Field Day, so please bring guillotines, scissors, staplers but most of all your hands and minds, so that we can efficiently complete this (and other) tasks.

There will also be other planning actions to be completed, so if you wish to know what your task will be on the 26th. this would be a good time to come along and find out.
