ARISS VK confirms all good to go for Drew KI5AAA on the ISS to make first contact with the Australian Air League – South Australia Wing, Parafield, South Australia, Australia.

Friday 13th March 2020, 08:56:53 UTC , AOS (Acquisition of Signal) @ 7:56:53pm AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).

The Educational radio contact is planned with Australian Air League – South Australia Wing, Parafield, South Australia, and will be via ARISS Telebridge Station K6DUE in Greenbelt, Maryland.

The ISS callsign is presently scheduled to be NA1SS; the scheduled astronaut is Drew Morgan KI5AAA. Contact is go for: Fri 13 March 2020, 08:56:53 UTC.

Our VK2RAG repeater will be connected for you to listen to the broadcast of the International Space Station.

Please note: It will not be possible to transmit to the team on the ISS during this time as these interactions are pre-arranged.
