Portable day on September 13?

Graham and Michael had a chat yesterday and thought of doing a portable day very soon. Graham is interested in trying a “Kite Antenna”. There’s plenty of designs online for people to have a look at.

What we’ve come up with is the 2nd Saturday in September, that being the 13th September at the Penang Gardens area. We could meet up at the cafe and head over into the open areas after grabbing a coffee.

I only hope it doesn’t turn out like the two we’ve planned prior at this site, and it ends up raining. To ensure we get good weather, Karen could you make sure that Peter doesn’t perform a rain dance on that morning.

We can discuss any further details at the September meeting next Saturday.
