Radio Net

Morning Tea nets
10:00 AM Daily

How COVID is bringing Amateur Radio operators together” ?
Member of the Central Coast Amateur Radio Club Bob VK2AOR had the concept of hosting a morning tea net at the height of the world health pandemic in April 2020 after observing how successful the clubs Thursday evening nets were,
The idea was that at 10am, many would be having morning tea, and is an opportunity for those who may be working from home to switch on the radio and check in with your mate”
The net has been successfully run for over 12 months now with the load now shared between Bob VK2AOR and Dave VK2KFU daily at 10:00 AM.
These nets are a great way to start the day off by saying hello and hearing Dave VK2KFU “This Day in history”
This net is held on the clubs VK2RAG 2 Meter repeater on 146.725 Mhz -0.6MHz with a 91.5Hz tone.
This net is also available via the clubs Echolink conference server CCARCNSW or via IRLP node #9509.
