IMPORTANT NOTICE

Good morning!
This is a notification for current club members.
As per the recent email sent out:
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• The annual membership renewal and fees are due on or before the 30th June 2023.
• Each Member must complete the new renewal form and either deposit the fee into the clubs banking account or cash to one of the executives-preferably the Treasurer.
• The new membership form is required so the executive are able bring the members register up to date and comply with all of the statutory regulations -This includes life members.
• Only financial members are eligible to vote at any future meeting after the 30th June 2023.
• Please note :-
  Some members have paid their membership fees but haven’t lodged their membership form- If you are one of these please action asap as you will not be financial and eligible vote.
  We have received renewal forms from some members but the funds haven’t been lodged into CCARC bank account or received in cash- If you are one of these please action asap as you will not be financial and eligible vote.
  Life members must fill in the new form. If we haven’t received this form as of the 30-06-23 you will be deemed not to be financial and not eligible to vote.
• The new membership form is available on the CCARC web site-this is an active PDF. Just fill it in and download it so it can be signed and either scan it and send to exec@ccarc.org.au or hand it to one of the executives.
• Forms are also available at the club rooms.
